Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for canceling, rescheduling, or modifying your Selfieroom photography session.
2. Cancellation Terms
7+ Days Before Session
Full refund of your session fee. A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee will be deducted from your refund if you used a credit card.
3-6 Days Before Session
50% refund of your session fee. Processing fees apply.
0-2 Days Before Session
No refund. Your session fee is retained as a no-show fee.
No-Show
Full session fee is charged. The booking is considered forfeited.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please:
- Cancel through your Cal.com booking portal if you have a link
- Email us at selfieroomca@gmail.com with your booking reference
- Call the relevant location:

- Carling: (613) 917-9677
Important: Cancellations must be submitted before the cutoff time for your tier (see above). Cancellations received after business hours are processed on the next business day.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session to a different date, you can do so at no additional cost if requested 7+ days before your original session. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before your session may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
To reschedule, contact the relevant location with your preferred new date and time.
5. Modifications
Minor modifications to your booking (such as changing package type, adding group members, or other adjustments) can be made up to 48 hours before your session. Modifications may require additional fees depending on the changes.
6. Business Hours Cutoff
Cancellations and modifications must be submitted during our business hours to be processed immediately. Business hours vary by location:
Orléans Location
Monday-Saturday: 9am-8pm | Sunday: 9am-7pm
Carling Location
Monday-Thursday: 9am-7pm | Friday-Saturday: 9am-8pm | Sunday: 10:30am-4pm
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be processed via an alternative method.
8. Selfieroom Cancellations
In rare circumstances, Selfieroom may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as facility maintenance or emergency closures. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer you:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling at no additional cost to a time of your choice
9. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled session time, your session may be forfeited, and the full session fee will be retained. Please contact us immediately if you're running late.
10. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you have a legitimate reason for canceling outside our standard policy (illness, emergency, etc.), please contact us immediately at selfieroomca@gmail.com with details. We will review your request and do our best to assist you.
11. Policy Changes
Selfieroom reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply to future bookings.
