1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using selfieroom.ca and Selfieroom's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from Selfieroom for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Selfieroom
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the materials for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms

3. Booking and Sessions

Booking Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to book a session
• Accurate information is required for all bookings
• Minors must have parental/guardian consent and supervision

Session Conduct

During your session, you agree to:

• Follow all studio rules and safety guidelines
• Treat equipment and facilities with care
• Not use the facilities for illegal or inappropriate activities
• Respect the property and rights of other users

4. Photo Usage Rights

You retain ownership of photographs created during your session. By using our services, you grant Selfieroom the right to:

• Use sample photos for portfolio and marketing purposes (unless you opt out)
• Display before/after examples on our website and social media
• Use anonymized or watermarked images for promotional purposes

You may opt out of promotional use at the time of booking or by contacting us.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Taxes and applicable fees are included in quoted prices

6. Limitation of Liability

The materials on Selfieroom's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Selfieroom makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Selfieroom does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

7. Limitations on Liability

In no event shall Selfieroom or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Selfieroom's website, even if Selfieroom or a Selfieroom authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Selfieroom's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Selfieroom does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
